Reporting incidents is essential

If you are on site or in any host employer site and you are involved in an incident that leads to any injury no matter how small, you must report it so we can help you get back to work as soon as possible.

We need you to to report any incidents immediately to:

Your Host Employer Supervisor or Manager
Your Field Consultant at CEG
The CEG WHS Consultant

Some incidents need to be reported to other bodies such as SafeWorkSA.
